Welcome to the official website of the European Labour Law Network, which also represents the European network of legal experts in the field of labour law, dealing with both individual and collective rights/aspects (since early 2008) that assists the Directorate-General for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion based in Brussels.

This website presents the latest developments in European labour law. Given that our Network consists of leading labour law experts from all Member States, we are able to provide accurate information on both national and European labour law developments. Furthermore, our Network aims to deepen existing knowledge of national and European court decisions, which can be accessed by clicking the respective sections.
In addition, this website informs about the background, objectives, activities, as well as the management of the Network. It also contains extensive information about the Network’s members, as these labour law experts form the fundament of our organisation.
With this website, we aim to create a platform to encourage the exchange of information and ideas regarding labour law in Europe. Therefore, we would like to invite those who are interested in European labour law to contribute to this site, since we highly value your opinion and recommendations.
