European Labour Law Network

Call for Papers

ISSN 2197-1102

The European Labour Law Network (ELLN) is a network of legal scholars currently representing 31 countries in Europe. The network has instituted a Working Papers Series to further promote cross-border discussion on labour law topics.
Labour law experts, academics as well as practitioners are invited to contribute to this discussion by making their work available to a wider public in the form of an ELLN Working Paper. Papers that address one or more of the following topics will be considered:

· developments in national labour law whose relevance exceeds national borders, or
· comparative labour law studies involving at least one European country, or
· European Union law (case law or legislative developments).

The ELLN also invites scholars from extra-European countries to provide an outside view on labour law in Europe. We would like to furthermore extend the invitation to join our discussion to colleagues from fields other than law, such as economics or sociology.
